Mike Murray, senior vice president of Advantage Commercial Real Estate, told MLive/The Grand Rapids Press that Border Foods Inc. has been trying to get into the Hudsonville market for years.
He said this marks the first Taco Bell location for the area.
“They are forecasting the volume is going to be above the national average just due to all the growth in Hudsonville,” Murray said. “It’s a pretty easy location to get to on and off the highway for people traveling through that area.”…
