Their new 42,000 SF facility will allow their business to grow, continuing their 60+ year tradition of serving the local and regional community.

The Midwest Air Filter team believes they can make a larger community impact through the merging of their two locations, which also allows for expansion capabilities. Midwest Air Filter will be leasing out two suites within the building that they will someday grow into.

The transaction occurred off-market and the size of building the team was searching for was difficult to find. The ceiling heights, multiple dock and drive-in-door fit their business perfectly.
