Grand Rapids, MI (October _ 2021) – Advantage Commercial Real Estate Services announces New Life Transport Parts securing an additional 175,000 SF facility to meet the needs of the fast-growing truck and trailer replacement parts business.
The new facility increases the products and quantity of parts that can be distributed by New Life Transport Parts. In addition to more parts storage and handling capability, their team was able to expand their transportation department into the new facility and utilize the proximity to key transportation partners for further benefit.
Senior Vice President and Industrial Advisor, Tim Van Noord represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction.

The pandemic has changed the buying habits of consumers. The new buying habits require changes in the retail and distribution model. One of those changes is resulting in an increased demand for trailers. The availability of these parts and the timeliness that they can be delivered are crucial to keeping as many trailers on the road as possible to meet the new higher demand.

This new facility employs an additional 20 employees to further complete the expanded capabilities of New Life Transport Parts to meet the market needs.
