Born and raised in West Michigan, Blake finds inspiration in the region’s dynamic growth and development. The continuously expanding landscape presents him with endless opportunities, creating an exciting environment. The constant buzz of activity and the driven residents who live and work here fuel his own motivation and enthusiasm.
After developing a desire to pursue commercial brokerage as a career, Blake started as an intern at Advantage in the Research Department. Through his role, he learned about the industry and expanded his skill set in assisting senior advisors and clients through his market research.
After graduating from Grand Valley State University with a degree in finance, he continued his role as a full-time Research Analyst. This position continued to develop his market knowledge and helped him decide what specialty he wanted to focus on.
Blake started focusing on the office market shortly after receiving his real estate license, developing his expertise by assisting office users in securing new spaces and effectively marketing office properties. Blake enjoys problem-solving and making processes as simple and stress-free as possible. He also enjoys working with people and providing his real estate knowledge to benefit his clients. His role as an associate advisor helps him do just that.
