Blake was born and raised in West Michigan and continues to call it home. As the region continues to grow and develop, Blake feels that West Michigan is filled with endless opportunities. It’s exciting for him to be surrounded by driven individuals and impacted by the motivation that comes from working in a continuously expanding city.
After developing a desire to pursue brokerage as a career someday, Blake began his internship at Advantage in the Research Department. Through his role he was able to learn the industry and expand his skill set in assisting the commercial real estate specialists and clients through his market research.
Now as a full time Research Analyst, Blake provides current, accurate, and complete data to both advisors and clients on the current market impacts in West Michigan. He prepares property statistics, completes market reports and analyzes current trends in our market. His primary role however, is overseeing and managing the company’s in-house CRM platform, customizing it to fit the needs of the organization.
In addition, Blake will be working alongside our investment advisors assisting in various real estate projects with hopes of transitioning into a brokerage role some day.
