Ethan was born and raised in Grand Rapids and is pleased to call West Michigan home. The exceptional individuals and communities have shaped him into who he is today and are the reason he’s decided to stay.
After studying finance and real estate at Michigan State University, Ethan spent time doing commercial real estate valuations and consulting for institutional investors across the country. Ethan has valued a wide range of industrial, hotel, multifamily, office, and retail assets. His experiences have given him the skills to effectively analyze market trends and understand the driving forces within each facet of commercial real estate.
In his role as Research Analyst, Ethan provides Advantage’s advisors and clients with accurate market data, insights on properties, and recent transaction activity. He looks forward to contributing to West Michigan’s continued success and growth.
