Jake Schulz is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Davenport University in the spring of 2023. Jake began his career at Advantage Commercial Real Estate as a Marketing and Research Specialist. Having started in the marketing and research departments he was able to learn the ins-and-outs of marketing commercial properties, analyzing CRE data, and finding unique solutions to achieve client goals. His marketing experience also allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge about market conditions, trends, buyer-behaviors, and property values.

Jake is now a commercial real estate agent specializing in retail expansions, relocations, sales, and acquisitions, with a focus on restaurant properties. With over a decade of experience at every level of the restaurant industry, Jake developed a strong work ethic that aligns well with commercial real estate.
