Jake has always been a part of the West Michigan community. He graduated from Davenport University in the spring of 2023, earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Jake began at Advantage as a marketing and research intern, and as he moves into an associate advisor role, he continues to support both clients and advisors. He works on various tasks such as site selections, broker opinions of values, marketing materials, and research reports.
With a decade of background experience in the restaurant industry on the service and management side of the business, his work ethic meshed well into the commercial real estate industry. Jake plans on pursuing a career that will remain retail and restaurant-focused while transitioning into brokerage.
