Starting in residential real estate as a marketing director and then using her talents in the radio promotion industry, Marihelena is now using her marketing experience in commercial real estate.
With vast experience in marketing, branding, and commercial/social media advertising, Marihelena offers a unique perspective at Advantage Commercial Real Estate. Starting out as a marketing specialist at Advantage, Marihelena now functions as Director of Marketing. Her goal is to provide marketing efforts that are transparent and honest and that enhance each client’s vision and voice. With her innovative thinking and attention to detail, Marihelena ensures a quality final product is produced every time that represents the Advantage brand with excellence.
Although her career and studies have taken her elsewhere through the years, Marihelena has found that West Michigan is home. Her love for Grand Rapids stems from its innovative and hospitable culture, which truly makes it a unique city that is showing substantial growth.
