Thomas is a retail-focused commercial real estate advisor with deep West Michigan roots and a results-driven approach. He helps clients make real estate decisions that support business growth, with a focus on auto-related retailers, strip centers, single-tenant buildings, restaurants, and retail land development.
In 2025, Thomas completed nearly 40 transactions on behalf of property owners and tenants, securing occupants such as Foxtail Coffee and Cargo HD while also representing tenants including K9 Resorts, Cottage Inn Pizza, and WellCare Urgent Care. This volume and variety of experience have reinforced his reputation as a reliable, straightforward advisor committed to long-term client success.
Thomas’s approach is simple: understand each client’s business, objectives, and timing, then deliver clear options that support confident decision-making. He recognizes that time is often critical and works efficiently while prioritizing trust and transparency, principles he considers foundational to any broker-client relationship. Collaboration is central to how he operates, and he regularly partners with other brokers so clients benefit from collective expertise and broader market insight.
Raised in West Michigan and later relocating to South Florida, Thomas began his professional career in the luxury yachting industry, advancing from deckhand to captain. That experience sharpened his ability to manage complex operations, deliver high-level service, and execute solutions in time-sensitive environments. Motivated by a desire to contribute to West Michigan’s commercial landscape, he returned to the region and transitioned into commercial real estate, where he now advises owners, tenants, and investors with clear, actionable guidance.
Thomas is a member of ICSC (2025), serves on the CARWM Forms Committee (since 2024), and is an active member of Calvary Church. Outside of work, he enjoys backcountry snowmobiling, motocross racing, flying as a licensed pilot, and anything involving time on the water.
