Tyler got his start in real estate as a research intern at Advantage, where he quickly developed a passion for the industry and the fast-growing West Michigan market. During that time, he fell in love with Grand Rapids, making it an easy choice to move there after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Urban Planning.
While working as a research analyst, he soon discovered an affinity for investment real estate. By continuing his education through the Wharton Online Real Estate Investing & Analysis program, he further honed his knowledge of real estate financing and investment analysis.
With a background in Urban Planning that provides valuable insight into physical properties, and advanced financial analysis skills from Wharton, Tyler is committed to maximizing the value of every investment opportunity.
