Tyler began his real estate career as a research intern at Advantage, where he quickly developed a passion for the industry and the growing West Michigan market. His early experience in market research and data analysis established a strong foundation in commercial real estate and investment analysis.
As a research analyst, Tyler expanded his expertise in underwriting, financial analysis, and investment research across a wide range of commercial asset classes. Through evaluating investment opportunities throughout West Michigan, he developed a strong understanding of market trends, property valuation, and investment strategy. He further enhanced his knowledge of real estate finance through the Wharton Online Real Estate Investing & Analysis program.
Today, Tyler serves as an Associate Advisor and Analyst on Advantage’s Investment Team, where he supports clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and investment advisory services. In his role, he performs underwriting and financial analysis across all product types, including industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. His analytical mindset, attention to detail, and market insight allow him to help clients evaluate opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and make informed investment decisions.
