Shaun has 30+ years of real estate experience in the West Michigan market. His leadership, collaborative, and critical thinking skills are an asset to our Property Management division.
Shaun grew up in Grand Rapids and has enjoyed watching it grow into a great city. He appreciates the culture in West Michigan, as it provides a small-town feel with big-city amenities. Shaun values the region’s strong economy as it is not drastically impacted by the ups and downs that other major markets experience.
His previous roles in private and corporate real estate have given him experience in the management and development of commercial buildings, allowing him to guide our advisors and clients in identifying and implementing operational efficiencies that deliver value to their properties.
Currently, Shaun serves as the Director of Property Management at Advantage Commercial Real Estate. He leads the management team, directs the capital improvement projects, oversees the maintenance at the properties we manage, and manages the financial reporting to our clients.
